Oceans is a very special artwork for Ceyda. She started the illustration as a way to introduce marine life to her two-year-old son. He is enamored with nature, and his curiosity and kindness to wildlife, inspire her endlessly. She aims to teach him the importance of the world around us and to become environmentally responsible. Oceans play a critical role in our planet’s future, and we have a responsibility to raise our children to love and protect the natural world.

Ceyda Alasar is a digital illustrator based in the San Francisco Bay-Area. Visual arts have always been a passion for her and she draws inspiration from nature, architectural designs, and the small daily pleasures of life. Her art depicts colorful and joyful illustrations with vibrant colors and mixed patterns.
